Stretch to improve your health

You've been sitting around way too long! Come stretch and tone those tired, cooped-up muscles in this class. These sessions will help to improve your posture, circulation, flexibility, and balance, and there is no pressure, you can work at your own pace. The only requirement is to bring an exercise mat. Let's have some fun in this class with Gina!

Zoom classes will be recorded so if you miss one, don't worry–you can exercise with the recording later! All class recordings will be sent to participants within 24 hours.
