Elizabeth Novy

Elizabeth is a registered nurse with a career that has focused on integrative health and lifestyle. She has over 10-years in healthcare including, medical-telemetry nursing care, employee wellness programs, and medical education for Genova Diagnostics. She has experience in curriculum for health coaching programs where she led the incorporation of NBHWC standards and continuing education for nurses and other professionals. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and a Nurse Educator Certificate at The Ohio State University. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, a Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and one of the first NBHWC National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches.

Collaborating with other coaches, she provided an NBHWC exam review course for the first six exams. Her continued training includes pursuing a certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine. Prior to healthcare, she was a professional interior designer with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Her coaching programs through Enjoy Living Wellness, LLC, encompasses the diversity of her career with a focus on stress relief for women.
