Charles Craig is the Human Resources Manager for Patterson Pump Company in Toccoa, Georgia. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Charles holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) Certifications. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Brenau University. He serves on the Executive Board of the Georgia Employers Committee and the Georgia Safety, Health, and Environmental Committee.

Charles is an active member of SHRM Atlanta. As an experienced SHRM Learning System Instructor, he instructs the SHRM Learning System for SHRM Atlanta, The University of North Georgia, and The University of Georgia. In addition, Charles also serves as an Executive Board Member of the Stephens County United Way where he served as the Campaign Chairperson in 2012. He also serves as Chairperson for The Northeast Georgia Employer Committee.





Soumaya Khalifa

Soumaya founded Khalifa Consulting, a strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consulting firm in 2007 to provide executives with intercultural and leadership training and guidance in a rapidly changing world. Her career spans more then 25 years in human resources, managment, business management and ownership, non-profit and enterpreneurship.

Khalifa Consulting specializes in helping exceutives and organizations reach global success by providing them the most relevant, practical and up to date cross- cultural coaching and training. In addition, Khalifa assisted business and community leaders in their professional development. Soumaya and team work with a broad range of clients, from large established national and global organizations to startups.

Soumaya is a frequently requested presenter at Human resources confrences across the country and has published articles and blogs on a variety of DEI and Human Resources topics.

Shatanese Reese is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with over twenty years of HR experience. Her career spans industries such as retail, banking and higher education. She has conducted training in every role she has held during her career as facilitating learning is a passion of hers. Her training sessions have covered topics ranging from effective performance management, talent acquisition strategies, navigating employee relations matters as well as implementation of new HR-specific systems.

Shatanese partners with managers and teams to ensure their greatest potential is reached through engaging and powerfully packed workshops. Using a wide variety of methods to reach the learner, Shatanese is known for the inclusion of role plays, group discussions, individual reflection and other means of tapping into the various learning styles of the adult learner. She is adept with content development, targeted training modules and facilitating focused professional development opportunities for all levels of an organization.

Shatanese has held several leadership roles throughout her career including Assistant Director of Staff Recruitment and Retention, Diversity Consultant and most recently Director of HR. She was also the inaugural President of the GA College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) chapter and served on the Southern Region Board as well as CUPA-HR's Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee where she was instrumental in spearheading various initiatives.
