Jarvis Gray

Jarvis Gray currently serves as Corporate Director of Nursing Quality & Analytics at Emory Healthcare. His previous healthcare roles include Dir. of Performance Improvement, Mngr. of Industrial Engineering, and Sr. Mngt. Engineering/Strategic Planning.

Jarvis is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence (CMQ-OE) through the American Society of Quality (ASQ). Jarvis earned his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the University of Miami; holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of North Carolina, as well as a Master of Project Management (MPM) from Western Carolina University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) and has experience encompassing operational performance management, quality improvement and industrial engineering methodologies in varied industries outside of healthcare.

Most recently, Jarvis has completed examiner training with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award that was established by the U.S. Congress in 1987 to raise awareness of quality management and recognize U.S. companies that have implemented successful quality management systems. Jarvis lives in Atlanta, Ga. with his wife and son. When he isnt improving quality, running local networking events for quality professionals, or leading training programs, he enjoys audiobooks, competing in obstacle course races and cheering on the University of Miami Hurricanes.
