Kenly is a dynamic, collaborative, and client-centered professional with extensive experience in coaching, counseling, consulting, and teaching. She is a life-long learner with a growth mindset. She utilizes her strengths and experience to engage, energize, challenge, and support the diverse individuals and teams she serves.

She is a National Board Certified and ICF accredited Health and Wellness Coach, with a Master's Degree in Social Work and extensive background in behavior change and mental health. She earned the Core and Advanced Professional Coach Certifications through Wellcoaches, and now consults with them to help certify new coaches. She has coached thousands of people across the country via phone, video, text, in-person, and cutting-edge digital platforms through her work with large corporations, small start-ups, educational institutions, and private practice. She is a teacher/trainer, coach mentor and peer-reviewer. She is a passionate advocate for the clients she serves, a fierce practitioner and proponent of mindfulness and self-compassion, and ever-committed to the field of coaching. Her entire career has been informed by her education and training in Coaching Psychology, Lifestyle Medicine, Disease Management, Mindfulness, Meditation, Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Pain Neuroscience, Culinary Nutrition, and Motivational Interviewing.
