Wendy Bojnowski

Wendy is a certified Lay Leader for Stanford University's evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and Diabetes Self-Management Program. She completed a 200-hour registered yoga teacher training and chair yoga teacher training and specializes in yoga for both corporate and senior citizens with flexibility and/or mobility challenges. Wendy is a Community Coalition Board Member with Morehouse School of Medicine's Prevention Research Center.

Robin Cahill-Roberts

Robin is a health coach and loves seeing clients make positive changes in their lives. Robin holds numerous health coaching certificates -- including Emory's Health Coaching Certificate -- and is certified by the NBHWC. Robin is also the co-owner and CEO of Nuestros Ninos, Our Kids Pediatrics where she manages a staff of 30 and oversees administrative functions in the business. She also coaches and education parents of the patients in the clinic on improving the health of the entire family.

Lisa DuPree

Lisa DuPree

Lisa is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She holds an MS in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University and a BS in Applied Biology from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is currently the Director of the Health 1,2,3 Program in the Center for the Study of Human Health at Emory and has a private coaching practice.

Dr. Michael Healy

Mike Healy, EdD, has practiced meditation for 43 years -- 35 years of which has been Mindfulness Meditation, and has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs since 1999 at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education, Athens Regional Medical Center's Mind Body Institute, and currently through the Loran Smith Center in Athens. Healy is certified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Kristin is an NBHWC and is in private practice, offering health coaching and yoga therapy. Kristin utilizes her coaching skills training and providing professional coaching and training. Kristin believes one can build competency with the courage to try and the curiosity to learn.

Michelle Kabashinski

Michelle has studied and trained in evidenced based techniques like Cognitive Based Compassion Training (CBCT), Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Sat Nam Rasayan. Michelle deepened her knowledge at Emory's health coaching program, after which she became one of the first national board-certified health coaches by the NBHWC. Michelle is currently a Wellness Coach for a leading direct healthcare access company and maintains a successful private coaching practice.

Elizabeth Novy

Elizabeth is a registered nurse and helped lead the incorporation of NBHWC standards for nurses and other professionals. She is currently pursuing an MS in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and a Nurse Educator Certificate at The Ohio State University. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, a Certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and one of the first NBHWC National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches.

Melanie Prasad-Dehaney

Melanie is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and has an MS in Developmental Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Melanie has been an instructor and mentor with the Emory Health and Wellness coaching program since 2015. She currently serves on the Program Approval Commission for NBHWCand is also on their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force. Melanie also writes, reviews and approves exam questions for the National Board Certification Exam for the NBHWC.

Nicco  Turner

Nicco Turner

Nicco holds a MA in Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University, a certificate as a Natural Chef, and she received her Health Coach Certificate from Emory University in 2018. Nicco has also worked at a FQHC coaching patients and families within the medical group visits model to address chronic conditions including diabetes, AA pedi-obesity, and AA prenatal groups. Nicco is currently coaching people with hypertension and employees through corporate wellness programs.
