Wendy Bojnowski

Wendy is a certified Lay Leader for Stanford University's evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program and Diabetes Self-Management Program. Her business, MindBody Flourish, delivers health and wellness programs to organizations. Wendy is a Community Coalition Board Member with Morehouse School of Medicine's Prevention Research Center and volunteers with the Shambhala Meditation Center in Decatur, New Horizons Senior Center in Vine City, and with Urban Perform, a nonprofit gym facility.

Madison Willard Campbell

Madison Willard Campbell

Madison provides training to clients in areas including exercise instruction, mind-body connection, self-regulation, weight loss, stress management and more. Madison has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher. Madison works part-time in private coaching and full-time as a Wellness Coach & Trainer for the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta.

Michelle Kabashinski

Michelle served as group fitness instructor and health coach at the Ohio State University, and has studied/trained in evidenced-based techniques including Cognitive Based Compassion Training, Mindful Based Stress Reduction, and Sat Nam Rasayan®, a healing branch of Kundalini Yoga. Michelle is board-certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. She is currently a Health Coach and Wellness Program Manager and maintains a successful private coaching practice.

Melanie has 20+ years of experience working with people with physical, developmental and psychiatric disabilities, professional athletes, as well as medical and business professionals. She coordinated clinical research studies at Johns Hopkins University and also has a Master of Science in Developmental Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. She has a private coaching practice and is a Behavioral Coach with AbilTo. Melanie is also an Adjunct Instructor at Gwinnett Technical College in the Department of Psychology.

She was trained as a lay leader/facilitator through Stanford University's Chronic Disease Self Management Program.

Chandra is the co-founder of WellSmart Solutions, a professional services company offering mindfulness training and health coaching. Chandra's professional education began with degrees in Restaurant Management and Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. Chandra received certifications as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and in Yoga and Mindfulness for Eating Disorders. She is certified as an Integrative Health Coach by Duke University, and trained there in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Dr. Michael Healy

Mike Healy, EdD has practiced meditation for 34 years, with 25 years of Mindfulness Meditation, and has taught for many years at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education and at Athens Regional Medical Center’s Mind Body Institute. Healy is certified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Healy is a certified Integral Hatha Yoga instructor and completed a doctorate in Adult Education at The University of Georgia.

Kay Stewart

Kay Stewart

Kay completed her MEd graduate studies in Mindfulness and Contemplative Education in 2013; for more than 26 years, Kay served on the faculty in the Department of Health and Physical Education at Emory University. She developed an undergraduate wellness course at Emory and completed professional training at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness in Medicine. Kay also facilitates mindfulness-based programs for veterans with PTSD as part of a research team at Emory.
