Do I have to be a member to take an OLLI class?

Yes. Starting June 2021, all OLLI students must have a current OLLI membership to register for courses.  However, on occasion OLLI may offer a presentation that is open to the public, those opportunities will be noted online, as open to anyone.   

Where are classes held?

We currently offer several different course options (in-person, online and Hyflex (in-person and Zoom). In-person courses are held at Emory Continuing Education, which is located at 2635 Century Pkwy NE, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30345. (3rd Floor). Online course options are conducted via the Zoom platform.

What are Hyflex courses? Hyflex course options are where some students attend face-to-face in the classroom and others join simultaneously via Zoom. These courses have limited seats in the classroom available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Other students sign up for the online option and join the class via Zoom.

Where can I park?

OLLI students and instructors may park in the open-air lot directly in front of the building. Deck parking is reserved for the employees of Century Center tenants.  Parking is free and abundant.

How do I register?

  1. Register online at oll.emory.edu (preferred method). Returning students can register, by logging in to your account and new students by creating an account.
    • Register online by going to emory.edu and click LOGIN in the upper right corner.
    • Select Student Login and login using the email and password associated with your account.
  2. Call the office to register by phone — 404-727-5489 (Best time to call is 2-4PM)

How will I know that I have been registered?

You will receive an email from Emory Continuing Education confirming your course selections with receipt of your purchase as well as confirmation of courses enrolled. If you have registered in an online course, you will receive your Zoom link the afternoon before your course start date.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) courses are taught by an outstanding array of instructors who are current and retired faculty from Emory University, and surrounding colleges, as well as experts from the local community.
