Our New Registration System

Change Passwords

We have updated our registration system and made some changes to our website. This will enable us to roll out more features to our students and bring incredible new programs to market over the coming months. Don’t worry; you won’t have to create a new account.

We migrated all of our student accounts created from September 1, 2015, to May 14, 2021 (as of 10:30 PM on May 16). If you’ve taken classes with us during that time, you will have an account in our new system; all you have to do is follow these simple steps to reset your password and access your account:

  1. Visit the new Student Portal login page. 
  2. Under the “Emory Continuing Education & OLLI Student Login” box, locate and click “Forgot Password”.
  3. On the following page, enter your email, complete the reCAPTCHA, and click “Continue”.
  4. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email message titled “Emory Continuing Education Password Reset”. Please check junk/spam if it is not in your inbox.
  5. Click the reset link and set a new password.

Your password for Emory Continuing Education must:

  • Be between 6 and 16 characters long
  • Contain at least one upper case character (A-Z) and at least one lowercase character (a-z)
  • Contain at least one digit character (1,2,3 etc.)
  • Contain at least one special character from the following list: @[\]^_`!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;{<|}=>~?
    • Note: Spaces can be used within passwords, but that space cannot be the first or last character in the password.
