Michelle Kabashinski

Michelle KabashinskiMichelle has a lifetime of experience in nutrition and lifestyle healing, having begun a plant- based diet as a teenager as a result of her father's chronic illnesses. Her passion caught fire as a group fitness instructor and health coach at the Ohio State University, when she was selected to work with cardiac rehab patients. Her greatest reward is when she helps her clients find their own answers. Michelle understood this firsthand when she was struggling with anxiety and PTSD, and she further expanded into spiritual health. She studied and trained in evidenced based techniques like Cognitive Based Compassion Training (CBCT), Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Sat Nam Rasayan. She shares her wealth of experience in regular lectures and classes for corporate and private clients. Michelle deepened her knowledge at Emory's health coaching program, after which she became one of the first national board-certified health coaches by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Michelle is currently a Wellness Coach for a leading direct healthcare access company and maintains a successful private coaching practice. Can't resist dancing to a good beat, Michelle also enjoys cuddling with her husband and their two rescue Pibbles, and eating veggies straight out of their organic gardens.
