Dr. Sridhar Palle

Dr. Sridhar Palle is a Computational Scientist & Analytics Professional with expertise and interests in the areas of Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computational Engineering, and High Performance Computing.

Dr. Palle is presently working as a Technical Director of Consort Institute, at Emory University. In this capacity, Dr. Palle is responsible for teaching, content development, and successful delivery of diverse programs focused on Business Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Python Data Science, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence. Before joining Emory, Dr. Palle was an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Kennesaw State University, in Marietta, Georgia. Prior to KSU, Dr. Palle worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Northrop Grumman Center (NGC) for High Performance Computing at Jackson State University (JSU). Dr. Palle also worked as a Senior CAE analysis engineer at Delphi Automotive Corporation, where he was the CFD lead for computational modeling of automotive airbag safety systems. Dr. Palle holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mississippi.

Throughout his career, Dr. Palle was instrumental in the development of computational software for diverse multiphysics engineering fluid flow applications. Dr. Palle currently serves on the editorial board for Early Career Technical Conference (ECTC) at University of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. Palle also served as a guest editor for the Journal of Computers & Fluids and has reviewer responsibilities for Journal of Heat Transfer, Journal of Fluids Engineering, and Journal of Computers and Fluids. Dr. Palle was instrumental in the organization of "24th International Parallel CFD Conference" in Atlanta, for which he chaired a session on computational combustion and was also the chief reviewer. Dr. Palle is also the recipient of "Outstanding research and excellence" award at NGC, Jackson State University.
