Remote Learning at ECE

Update: March 23, 2020

For the safety and security of our staff, instructors, and students, all Emory Continuing Education operations have moved online. Our offices in Century Center are closed until further notice. We will continue to offer many courses online. Our Emerging Technology programs have also transitioned fully online.

Our staff is working diligently to adapt and reschedule upcoming courses and notify affected students of those changes. The following courses are some that have been updated for remote learning:

We have been so thankful for the willingness of our students to stick with us as we transition into this "new normal" with remote learning. We are delivering our courses online through Zoom, the best video conferencing platform available today. Students who do not wish to participate in online learning are being offered refunds or the option to transfer to a later date.

We encourage everyone to take the following precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to protect yourself and those around you:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
  • Stay home when you are sick and seek medical attention if symptoms worsen.
  • Avoid close contact with those who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing.
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces.
  • Get a flu shot if you have not already.
