Project Management Certificate
In today's complex global environment, organizations that excel often prioritize project management. High-performing companies emphasize strategy, improve efficiency and quality, cultivate talented assets, reduce risk and reap increased profitability and success by implementing project management best practices.
Our program utilizes modernized, hands-on Project Management curriculum, providing the knowledge and skills to increase your value to an organization and enhance your future career prospects. Students will develop communication, scheduling, cost and risk management skills through a combination of lecture and group work.
Participants will also work with proper methodology examples with regards to documentation and reliable estimate development in order to successfully manage projects. All project management students are encouraged to purchase the current version of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge – 5th edition).
Six core classes and 24 hours of electives are required for completion; electives allow students to focus on areas of interest relevant to their current positions or career paths.
