Ling Olaes has a passion for teaching and movement. In addition to being trained in classical, power and kids yoga, she has been instructing kickboxing, dance and aerobics classes for almost 15 years. She believes that yoga should be steady and joyful, and strives to lead safe, fun, and challenging classes that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit. With a background in journalism, culinary arts, and art therapy, she happily integrates movement, art, creative writing, and cooking into her life at home and work.
