Programming:
The program will consist of four required courses (and an orientation course), a minimum of 20 hours of electives and a final capstone project which must be completed within two years of starting the first course. Students must submit an application and a work sample for review to be accepted into the program. There is a non-refundanble application fee of $35. All required coursework must be completed successfully, 80% success or better, in order to receive their certificate. Evening at Emory courses taken within the last 12 months may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. The variety of electives will allow students to focus their learning in fiction, nonfiction, screenwriting, and poetry.
