Project Management: Human Resources Tools & Techniques
Managing the project team can be one of the more complex elements of ensuring successful completion of a project. In addition to individuals performing project work, it is important to recognize cultural differences and to be able to appropriately influence factors that impact the project. This begins at project initiation through project close and the Project Manager must successfully navigate any potential conflicts and promote teamwork.
In this course, the participants will learn how to gain insight into keeping the project team focused and providing direction to lead the project to a successful conclusion.
