Project Management: Quality Tools & Techniques
Project Quality includes both project management deliverables and project deliverables from the beginning to the end of the project. Most successful projects begin planning for quality early and then monitor and measure it throughout the project’s execution. Quality management includes all of the processes needed to assure and control all deliverables meet quality standards and is based on proper quality planning at the project inception.
In this course, participants will learn many of the industry accepted tools and techniques (e.g. Cost of Quality, Statistical Sampling, Control Charts) and various quality models and approaches.
After completing this program, participants will be able to:
- Develop a plan to manage the processes and activities to produce project deliverables
- Assess the application of quality processes on a project to assure the level of quality produced by the project team meets customer requirements and expectations
- Utilize quality tools and techniques to measure the project results to verify they satisfy the project scope and requirements
