Jump-start into learning Mandarin Chinese quickly and effectively—class begins with pronunciation and the writing of characters, then progresses to survival topics in Chinese society. Topics include greetings, making an appointment, visiting friends, shopping, etc. Speaking, listening, reading and writing skills will all be taught with an emphasis on communication. An additional $20 fee for the textbook is included in the tuition.
