Effective Listening and Memory Development

Good communication depends on more than effective speakers, you need effective listeners, too. Listening is a gift we give to others, whether it is a colleague, a customer or a personal friend. We spend 40% of our time listening. Overcome external barriers to listening effectively and match your listening approach to the communication needs of each unique situation. Discover the various listening approaches and learn to become an active listener. Memory and recall are the by-product of active listening.
